Mid-Season Captains' Meeting
Captains' Meeting: Sunday, September 29th at JJ's at 5pm
A 15 point bonus will be awarded to all teams who send a representative (this does not have to be the captain) to discuss matters of playoffs, ringers in C Division, as well as promotion and relegation.
We will also provide updates on Australia vs Wales in the rugby.

Mid-Season Singles Trophy Tournament
This Saturday we will have our Mid-Season Singles Trophy Tournament. The tournament is open to any player who has competed in at least 1 match so far this season. The details are as follows...
Sign Ups: 3:00-3:45pm in JR Pub
Other Bars: Geckos, JJ's and King Pub
Entry: Free to all who have played at least one match in the league this season.
Prizes: Trophies to the top three players in the Upper and Lower Brackets.
We hope to see many of you there on Saturday.
N.B. The mid-season captains' meeting will now take place on September 29th with a venue to be announced. The Mid-Season Doubles Money Tournament will still take place on September 21st.

Mid-Season Doubles Money Tournament
This coming Saturday, September 21st, sees another extravaganza of pool for you lucky people. It's our Mid-Season Doubles Money Tournament.
Venues: Shenanigans & Scrooge Pub
Sign Ups: From 3-3:45pm in Shenanigans
Entry Fee: 10,000won for any player who has played 1 week of the season.
Higher ranked players will be randomly paired with a lower ranked player. (In other words, we will try and ensure people like Paul, Tanar, Jun and Sam get paired with half blind, one armed, barely functioning human beings...just to make things fair)
Pay Outs:
240,000won (plus trophies) for 1st Place
180,000won for 2nd Place
120,000won for 3rd Place
80,000won for 4th Place
Hope to see many of you there, even though I know most of you will want to watch the Rugby World Cup.

JR Pub Solid has dropped out!
Ladies and gentlemen of the IPL,
Unfortunately, the JR Pub Solid team has dropped out of the league.
This is a bit of an inconvenience for all, but it has happened. This means that some teams will have 3 BYEs this season.
Any future games scheduled against the JR Pub Solid team will now be considered a BYE. The team that has the BYE will get points equal to their average score throughout the season, with a minimum of 8 points, along with the match win point.
Please check your upcoming schedule to see if it affects your team.
It sucks, I know, but we must soldier on!
