Winter/Spring 2015 Banquet
This Friday sees the culmination of the 2015 IPL Winter/Spring Season with our traditional banquet at the Crown Hotel.

End of Season Awards Banquet
Friday 26th June 2015
Crown Hotel
7pm - 10pm
There will be a sumptuous feast, plenty of free alcohol, a great raffle, team prizes, individual awards and hopefully a few laughs as well.
Anyone who has played a game this season can enter the banquet. Members are also welcome to bring guests but they will be charged 30,000won for the privilege of attending this spectacular event.
Non-league members will not be permitted to take the place of a member. Our toughest security will be on the door so please don't even try to get around this rule :)

The Play-Offs - The Finals
This Sunday sees the culmination of the 2015 Winter/Spring IPL Season. It's been a terrific season and very competitive at both ends of the league. The finals take place this Sunday at 4pm unless otherwise agreed by the captains.
Championship A

End of Season Doubles Trophy Tournament
22 players braved the wet and stormy conditions on Saturday to contest the End of Season Doubles Trophy Tournament. It was a good natured affair, all involved seemed to enjoy the day and it was a tournament definitely played in the right spirit. My thanks go to Bernard and Lenny once again for helping me with the set up, Friend's and Hollywood for hosting graciously and to all the players who made the effort to make the tournament so entertaining.
In the end Maki (proving herself to be the true Queen of Doubles) and Jun triumphed over the rest of the field. The full results can be seen on the website and the trophy winners are as follows:
1st Place: Jun Bongon J (Bulldog Rackem & Crackem) & Maki Dejamak (Seoul Pub Breakers)
2nd Place: So Mi Lee (Bulldog Lounge) & Willi GER (Friend's the Pain)
3rd Place: Jeong Yong Shim (Shenanigans Boomtown Rats) & David Zoo (Sin Bin Tomato)
All 6 players will receive trophies at the banquet on Friday.

Play Off Semi-Finals
We have reached the semi-finals of the IPL Winter/Spring Season 2015 play offs. All 8 teams playing for their respective championships will also be involved on Sunday for the finals and 3rd place play offs. We have a high quality field in Championship A and a very competitive group of teams in Championship B.
